Cornel West Can’t Join Pennsylvania 2024 Presidential Ballot

Cornel West was denied a bid to be on Pennsylvania’s 2024 presidential ballot by a federal judge who said his decision was driven by “some common sense” even if the state may have “run afoul” of the US Constitution in keeping him off.
