Convictions Affirmed in Terror Funding Case That Used Phone Data

Four Somali immigrants failed to convince the Ninth Circuit Wednesday to order new proceedings over convictions for sending or conspiring to send money to Somalia to support a terrorist group, despite a finding the government may have violated the Fourth Amendment when it collected telephone metadata.
