Conservatives Seek Redo in Bias Suit Against Facebook, Twitter

Freedom Watch and conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer asked the full D.C. Circuit to revive their lawsuit claiming Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter conspire to suppress conservative views online, after a three-judge panel rejected the case.

“Social media has evolved to the primary driver of culture and speech,” they say in a rehearing petition filed Monday. “The law must evolve to keep up.”
