The Senate confirmed President Donald Trump’s last pending pick for Kansas’ federal trial court bench.
Tony Powell was confirmed on Wednesday to the US District Court for the District of Kansas, 50-44.
The Republican-controlled chamber earlier this week confirmed Tony Mattivi to the court, and last week approved the nomination of Jeffrey Kuhlman.
The series of confirmations means that Kansas’ district court bench will be made up entirely of Trump nominees.
