CNN Gets Defamation Claim Shaved From Flynn Relatives’ QAnon Row

CNN Inc. convinced a federal judge in New York on Thursday to dismiss a defamation claim brought by Trump adviser Michael Flynn’s brother, who alleged the network wrongly portrayed him as a member of QAnon.

CNN aired a segment in February called “CNN Goes Inside a Gathering of QAnon Followers,” and it included a clip of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn saying, “Where we go one, we go all.” Flynn’s brother, John P. “Jack” Flynn, and Jack Flynn’s wife, Leslie A. Flynn, were shown standing next to Flynn in the clip.
