Cintas Prepares Supreme Court Bid in 401(k) Arbitration Dispute

Cintas Corp. plans to petition the US Supreme Court to undo a decision allowing a dispute over its 401(k) plan fees to remain in court despite an arbitration clause in its workers’ employment contracts, court filings show.

Cintas asked Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh for extra time to file an appeal arguing that the proposed class action challenging its retirement plan should have been sent to arbitration.
