A school social worker failed to show that his employer, the Chicago Board of Education, discriminated against him on the basis of disability or gender or retaliated against him, the Seventh Circuit ruled Tuesday.
The board granted some of Dan Williams’ accommodation requests and didn’t demonstrably choose other social workers over him when filling other positions because of his disability, the appeals court said.
