A leading reproductive rights organization in Massachusetts defamed a faith-based pregnancy resource center in a “state-wide, politically motivated attack” because it doesn’t support abortion, according to a lawsuit.
Reproductive Equity Now Foundation, in partnership with Gov. Maura Healey (D), “launched a coordinated smear campaign” against Bethlehem House Inc. and other religious pregnancy resource centers, the organization alleges in a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Massachusetts Superior Court, Hampshire County.
