Cannabis Seller Tells Missouri Justices to Bar Local Tax Overlap

Missouri law bars multiple levels of local government from imposing overlapping cannabis taxes on a business, a marijuana dispensary told the state’s high court.

Robust Missouri Dispensary 3 LLC is challenging double imposition of local cannabis tax by both St. Louis County and Florissant, Mo., arguing that it violates the state constitution.
