California Ordered to Hand Over Accident Reports in Traffic Suit

The family of a driver killed in a traffic accident in Ventura County is entitled to unredacted accident reports revealing the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of drivers and witnesses involved in accidents at that same location, a California appellate court said Tuesday.

Moises Paniagua was killed in an accident in 2018 when a driver coming around a curve failed to stay in one lane.
