A new California law unlawfully seeks to suppress firearms litigation with a fee and cost structure that punishes plaintiffs and their attorneys, gun rights groups claimed in a lawsuit.
The claim filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego seeks an injunction blocking enforcement.
