A California law prohibiting individuals from buying more than one gun in a 30-day period was struck down by a federal judge Monday.
“Nothing in the text of the Second Amendment suggests that the Second Amendment right is limited to possession and acquisition of a single firearm...if anything, the usage of the term ‘arms’ in plural suggests the opposite,” said Judge William Q. Hayes, of the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
