Cal Bridge Sues OneCal for Infringing Calendar Syncing Patent

Cal Bridge Inc. filed a suit in federal court against OneCal, accusing it of infringing a patent for a cloud-based system that automatically syncs a user’s events across multiple calendars.

OneCal owner Eraldo Forgoli signed up for Cal Bridge’s platform in February 2023 and days later announced his own multi-calendar synchronization system, Cal Bridge said in a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

OneCal is also a cloud-based system that automatically syncs a user’s calendar events across all of the user’s calendars and integrates with popular calendar platforms such as Google Calendars ...
