A Georgian-American businessman can move forward with claims that inaccurate references to him in Robert Mueller’s election inference report hurt his reputation, a Washington federal appeals court found.
The three-judge panel for the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said Friday that Giorgi Rtskhiladze has grounds to pursue claims against the former special counsel over part of the report tying Rtskhiladze to rumored compromising tapes of former President Donald Trump.
