The corporation that owns the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York convinced a federal judge to nix some of the claims leveled against it in a lawsuit brought by a former housekeeping manager who said she quit after experiencing instances of non-consensual physical incidents.
Christiann Soto, who began working for CDL (New York) LLC in 2016, resigned in February 2017 after purportedly experiencing three incidents and observing coworkers openly discussing pornography and sex in the workplace. She sued for hostile work environment, retaliation, and constructive discharge.
