Brian Browder joined Bradley as a partner in its health care practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Tuesday.
Browder serves as lead counsel on complex healthcare mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and private equity investments, the firm said.
His clients include hospitals, behavioral health care service providers, gastroenterologists, imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers, renal care providers, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, management services organizations, and dental support organizations.
