Bank of America Corp. on May 30 escaped an $11.7 million “order” issued by a fake court in Arizona that is headed by a judge who also claims to be the King of Hawaii.
Judge Stephen M. McNamee of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona issued a default judgment against the Federal Postal Court, a fictitious court in Arizona, as well as four individuals, including the court’s officers, David Wynn Miller and Leighton Ward.
