Biotech Company Alumis Names Sara Klein Chief Legal Officer

Sara Klein was promoted to chief legal officer at Alumis, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, according to a Tuesday announcement.

Klein will direct all corporate legal and compliance matters, including corporate governance, intellectual property, and advising on strategic decisions and transactions, the company said.

Klein joined Alumis in 2022 as general counsel. The company also named Jack Danilkowicz to a newly created position of chief commercial officer.
