Biden’s Race-Based Minority Business Program Partially Blocked

White business owners convinced a federal judge in Texas to partially block a Biden administration program designed to promote minority businesses.

The businessmen are likely to succeed on their claim that the Business Center Program violates the Fifth Amendment’s equal protection guarantee, because it isn’t narrowly tailored to a compelling government interest, the opinion by Judge Mark T. Pittman of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas said Monday.
