President Joe Biden announced plans to nominate a former Cherokee Nation attorney general to a US trial court in Oklahoma, as he seeks to fill vacancies in red states.
SaraHill is the intended pick for a seat on the state’s Northern District, the White House said Wednesday.
Hill was previously a special assistant US Attorney for the district, and spent the bulk of her career working for the Cherokee Nation before moving to private practice.
