President Joe Biden announced plans to name five more district court nominees, bringing the total federal juridical nominations announced this week to 16.
The new list, announced Thursday, comes as progressives are pushing the White House and Senate Democrats to move faster on nominations as midterms threaten the slim Senate majority that aids the confirmation process.
