The Senate has likely reached its deadline to quickly invalidate most Biden-era regulations under the Congressional Review Act — a legislative tool rarely used until President Donald Trump’s first term in office.

Senate Republicans can likely use the expedited procedures under the CRA through May 8, according to an updated Bloomberg Government analysis. Any official determinations on the date are made by the Senate parliamentarian.
