Discrimination claims against the US Army by a former supervisor were properly dismissed, the Fourth Circuit said Monday.
Dorothy A. Seabrook, who is Black, failed to show that the Army discriminated against her in violation of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by treating her differently than similarly situated White employees, by creating a hostile work environment, and by retaliating against her, Judge Allison Jones Rushing said.
