Archer Western Wins Revival of Las Vegas Airport Contract Claim

Archer Western Contractors LLC can advance one of its claims that the Federal Aviation Administration owes it compensation for work under a contract to build air traffic structures for an airport in Las Vegas, the D.C. Circuit ruled Tuesday.

The FAA’s Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition improperly concluded that Archer Western’s request for equitable adjustment related to alleged design changes was untimely, Judge Justin R. Walker of the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said.
