Appeals Court Says EPA Must Redo Renewable Fuel Standards (1)

Conservationists were the only set of petitioners Friday who were successful in their bid to get the Environmental Protection Agency to take another look at its 2023-2025 renewable fuel standards, while refiners and other industry groups saw their challenges tossed.

Two of the environmental groups’ challenges were the only ones with merit, the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said.
