Anti-abortion physicians are asking the Supreme Court to restrict access to the abortion drug mifepristone, claiming the Food and Drug Administration “unlawfully and without adequate explanation” removed safety standards on the medication.
The physicians’ arguments come in a Thursday filing by their attorneys at the Christian advocacy group Alliance Defending Freedom and mark the latest turn in a battle with the Biden administration over mifepristone.
