The fired CEO of PendaForm Co. should have gotten a jury trial on his claim he was entitled to a severance package, the Sixth Circuit ruled.

The district court erred by accepting PendaForm’s version of the facts, the unpublished opinion by Judge Gilbert S. Merritt said July 11.
