Alvarez Hires Two Bain US Partners for Private Equity Push

Alvarez & Marsal Inc. has hired a pair of partners from Bain & Co. to help start a US commercial due diligence practice serving private equity firms.

The New York-based firm has brought on board Jennifer Holland and Elizabeth Pearsons as managing directors and co-heads of its new US business helping private equity firms and companies analyze takeover targets, according to a statement.
