Drew Rolle joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its white collar, government, and internal investigations group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Rolle joins from the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he was deputy chief of the business and securities fraud section. There, Rolle led the office’s efforts to combat fraud in the digital asset markets, bringing multiple first-of-its-kind prosecutions involving DeFi protocols, crypto staking and lending applications, non-fungible tokens, and crypto investment funds.
