Alorica 401(k) Fee Suit Certified as 4,000-Person Class Action

Former Alorica Inc. employees challenging their retirement plan’s fee levels scored a court order certifying their case as a class action covering about 4,000 people.

Alorica objected to having the class certified, saying its 2022 decision to switch 401(k) recordkeepers changed the plan’s fee structure in a way that interferes with the court’s ability to assess all class members’ claims at once.
