Adult Video and Swingers Club Owner’s Free Speech Claims Revived

The owner of an Atlanta adult video store and swingers club may proceed with a free speech challenge to the city’s efforts to shut it down, the Eleventh Circuit said.

Cheshire Bridge Holdings LLC and Cheshire Visuals LLC aren’t barred from pursuing the claim by the fact that they brought other cases against the city, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit said June 7 in an unpublished decision.
