An accused child pornographer facing a mandatory 15-year sentence can’t ask the jury to nullify the charges against him on a theory that the sentence doesn’t fit his case, the Second Circuit said Dec. 18.

Yehudi Manzano filmed himself with his phone having consensual sex with a 15-year-old girl. She knew the video was being made, Manzano tried to delete it, and he never showed it to anyone.
