Abu Ghraib Plaintiffs Plan Overseas Video Links for Trial (1)

A Virginia federal court should now reschedule the Abu Ghraib torture trial against CACI Premier Technology Inc. following the defense contractor’s unsuccessful attempt to appeal a ruling that it lacks immunity, plaintiffs’ counsel said in a status report.

The court should also set a date for parties to identify all live witnesses to testify at trial and decide whether testimony from pseudonymous depositions will be allowed, the plaintiffs told the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
