A&O Shearman Targets Private Equity With Sidley London Hires

A&O Shearman is boosting its private equity ranks, a priority for the newly combined law firm.

A pair of Sidley Austin lawyers—Dan Graham and Paul Dunbar—have joined A&O Shearman as partners in London, the firm said Monday. Graham and Dunbar have represented The Carlyle Group, Buckthorn Partners, and funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, among other clients.
