King & Spalding has poached a whopping 31 Winston & Strawn lawyers to its Dallas office—part of the firm’s long game to bring over a “Dream Team,” Eric Killelea reports. The recruits include Thomas Melsheimer, one of Texas’ most prominent trial lawyers, who’ll serve as Dallas managing partner and global head of trial.
