Big Law’s M&A leaders this quarter have Texas (and Elon Musk) to thank for topping the leaderboard, according to Bloomberg Law’s League Tables, our quarterly rankings of the industry’s M&A work.

Sullivan & Cromwell, which steered $442.5 billion worth of deals, rose to the top — buoyed by Musk’s deal to combine SpaceX and xAI.
