Why Exxon Dropped Paul Weiss
It’s been a rough time for Paul Weiss, after news broke earlier this month that its former leader Brad Karp helped Jeffrey Epstein. Now, Brian Baxter, Meghan Tribe, and Eric Killelea report that Exxon’s dropping the firm as its counsel on national climate litigation.
