SCOTX Considers Detransitioner Lawsuit
The Texas Supreme Court will make history today, when it hears arguments on how long people have to file medical malpractice suits over gender-affirming care they later regret. (It’ll be the first of any high state court to do so, Mary Anne Pazanowski reports.)
