State leaders are mourning today, following the news of the fatal crash of a plane registered to an address for the Houston-based law firm Arnold & Itkin. Tara Arnold, a lawyer at the firm and wife of founding partner Kurt Arnold, was one of the victims, a Harris County official said yesterday.
