Glenfarne Group’s Alaska unit says it has executed multiple agreements with North Slope producers for gas sale to its Alaska pipeline in a release.
- Glenfarne executed a Gas Sales Precedent Agreement (GSPA) with ExxonMobil for gas supply
- Also executed a GSPA with Hilcorp Alaska for additional volumes of gas to the pipeline
- Glenfarne has provisionally named Worley Limited to provide Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management services for Phase One of the pipeline
- Targeting mechanical completion of the pipeline in 2028 and delivery of first gas in 2029
