Zillow Accused of Charging Realtors Even After Listings Hidden

Zillow Inc. was hit with a proposed class action accusing the real estate website of allowing multiple realtors to list the same property for rent on its StreetEasy platform and continuing to charge all realtors for the listing despite only displaying the most recent one.

Dakis Group LLC and realtor George T. Spyridakis sued Zillow Tuesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment under Washington state law.
