Vodacom Challenges Lesotho Decision to Revoke its License (2)

Vodacom Group Ltd. is taking legal action against Lesotho’s regulator, which revoked its license after Africa’s biggest wireless carrier by market value failed to pay an $8 million fine.

The unit of U.K. operator Vodafone Group Plc was handed the penalty by the Lesotho Communications Authority for various alleged offenses committed since 2016, although 70% would be suspended if there were no further transgressions.
