Vista-Led Group Said to Near Deal for Cloud Storage Firm Nasuni

A group of investors led by Vista Equity Partners is nearing a deal to acquire a majority stake in hybrid cloud storage provider Nasuni, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Vista, which is partnering with TCV and KKR & Co., could announce a transaction as soon as Tuesday, barring last-minute snags, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing non-public information.

A deal could value Nasuni at about $1.2 billion, according to the people. Representatives for Vista and Nasuni declined to comment.
