Verizon, Comcast Proceed in Suit Over Maryland Digital Ad Tax

A constitutional challenge to Maryland’s one-of-a-kind tax on digital advertising by Verizon Media Inc. and Comcast of California Maryland Pennsylvania Virginia West Virginia LLC will steam forward after a state court judge largely denied the state’s motion to dismiss the case.
