Unfair Competition Claims Against Uber May Be Pressed by Taxicab Operators

Taxicab operators survived dismissal of an amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts that Uber Technologies Inc. competes unfairly because it is not required to comply with Boston’s taxi regulations (Boston Cab Dispatch, Inc. v.
