Uber Appears to Settle Last Major Antitrust Challenge by a Rival

Uber Technologies Inc. has reached an apparent settlement of the last remaining antitrust challenge to its business model, a predatory pricing lawsuit by defunct rival Sidecar that was advancing in a federal court in San Francisco.

The two sides docketed a joint stipulation late Thursday in the U.S. Court for the Northern District of California indicating that Sidecar was withdrawing its monopolization claims against the tech giant.
