Twitter Says Disability Bias Suit Over Musk Work Demands Fails

A former Twitter Inc. employee’s lawsuit challenging Elon Musk‘s work culture changes can’t proceed as a class and failed to state individual claims, the company told a San Francisco federal court.

Former engineering manager Dmitry Borodaenko was no longer with Twitter at the time Musk demanded employees return to the office and be prepared to work long intense hours, the company said Wednesday in a motion to dismiss filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
