Touchstream Technologies Inc. asked a Texas federal judge to reconsider its March trial loss against
Charter made arguments concerning infringement that were confusing to the jury during the trial, according to Touchstream’s motion for a new trial filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Touchstream said Charter’s closing argument began with damages and ended with invalidity as if “non-infringement was almost an afterthought.”
