U.S. International Trade Commission said it would take a look at a judge’s finding that some of Comcast’s set-top boxes infringe a TiVo patent for a content search function.
- The review will center on legal questions regarding infringement of the patent when it comes to non-redesigned models of the X1 box, the commission said in a notice posted on its website
