Time Warner Cable, Inc. is reportedly experiencing Internet outages across the country this morning, including in its flagship NYC and LA markets. According to reports tracked at downdetector.com, reports are mainly coming from Los Angeles; Tustin, CA; Highland, CA; New York City, including Brooklyn; Buffalo, NY; Tobyhanna, PA.; Duluth, Minn. and Millbury, MA. Other reports say that the service was back up in South Texas and Milwaukee after outrages earlier in the day.
